Ron Mileti, Executive Coach & Consultant

Ron Mileti, Executive Coach, Life Coach & Consultant, through his company Highwire Coaching, helps executives, entrepreneurs, teams, individuals, and organizations reach new levels of success. Ron coaches the whole person, with the goal of causing breakthroughs in all aspects of work and life, fostering both personal and professional fulfillment, while serving organizational goals.
Ron has 25+ years of experience as an executive and entrepreneur, combining real-world business experience with deep education in coaching.
Ron Mileti is a former Results Coach and Business Trainer with Tony Robbins. While there, and through his own company, Ron has coached hundreds of clients in thousands of sessions worldwide, from 18 to 80 years old, from truck drivers to CEOs to TV celebrities.
Ron was also the Founder & President of a successful digital marketing agency, with notable clients like the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, Emergen-C Vitamin Drink Mix, Pfizer, American Greetings, Ameritas, Mutual of Omaha insurance, Disney, NFL, and many others. The agency earned honors like numerous ADDY Awards, and a TV spot on NBC’s America’s Funniest Commercials.
Ron’s approach to coaching is informed by science-based, proven methodologies such as Positive Psychology, Existentialism, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and more, all to get clients RESULTS.

Kirsti Wenn, Executive Coach, has 30 years of industry experience in Media and Advertising, including over 20 years leading change. She began in television and swiftly moving into digital media. Embracing change, she took various leadership roles to help organisations embrace digital disruption and transform their people, products, client offering and improve efficiency.
Throughout her career, Kirsti has had the pleasure of working with prestigious clients across diverse sectors, including Sky, DFS, the RBS Group, and Camelot.
As a coach, Kirsti is blending her change expertise with a deep passion for helping individuals, teams, and organisations thrive through their own transitions.
By combining extensive business change expertise with a deep understanding of coaching psychology, Kirsti creates a safe, judgement-free space for individuals navigating professional challenges.

Amazonia Arroyo, Coach & Facilitator

Amazonia Arroyo, Coach, Facilitator and Entrepreneur, is based in Cambridge, UK and currently completing an MSt in Coaching at the University of Cambridge, with her research focused on group coaching for women leaders.
Before coaching, Amazonia co-founded and led a multicultural business of 20+ people, giving her firsthand experience of the pressures of leadership, performance, and organisational culture. She now works with individuals and groups from university leadership programmes to corporate teams using evidence-based coaching methods alongside creative and reflective practices to help people navigate complexity, build confidence, and lead with clarity and purpose.
In her coaching practice and group coaching sessions, Amazonia works with both verbal and non-verbal approaches. This includes engaging with dreams, imagery, symbols, colours, music, storytelling, and creative or performative expression, alongside moments of silence and reflection. I also integrate nature as a grounding element in the process.
She uses these tools to facilitate access to emotions that are difficult to name. As a coach, she supports clients through a conscious process to better understand the self and make decisions that are aligned with personal and organizational purpose.

Eleanor Whitelegg, Executive Coach

Eleanor Whitelegg is an executive coach with a background in international business leadership, marketing and organisational growth. She works with founders, CEOs and senior leaders to strengthen the resilience, confidence and clarity needed to lead organisations through growth and change.
Eleanor held senior commercial leadership roles with YETI, where she helped establish the brand across Europe, Reebok, and Walking With The Wounded. Her experience of scaling organisations, leading multidisciplinary teams and working across international markets informs a pragmatic coaching approach grounded in commercial reality.
Eleanor's work centres on resilience. Rather than focusing solely on performance in the moment, she helps leaders build the foundations that enable sustained growth throughout their careers. Clients value her ability to create trusted relationships, connect seemingly unrelated challenges and help them find greater clarity, confidence and direction in complex situations.
Alongside her coaching practice, Eleanor contributes to leadership development through the King's College Cambridge Entrepreneurship Lab and blog, serves as Head of People & Performance for the Cambridge Female Founders Network, and is a registered coach with City St George's, University of London. Her professional development includes executive coach training with Henley Business School together with specialist qualifications in nutrition and sleep, stress and recovery coaching. She is also a former international athlete whose experience continues to shape her perspective on sustainable high performance.
